Complete renovation of a 9 unit
multifamily apartment building on a 8588 square foot lot in prime Queens Park area. Completed 2014-2015. Future development to include 4 additional units.
14 units, completely renovated in 2007. Future development to include 8 additional units.
Character restoration and conversion of a 6 unit multi-family building into a high end contemporary side by side duplex. Completed 2003.
Full renovation of a 3 level mixed use residential/commercial character building into 4-2 bedroom apartments and 2 retail units at street level. Completed in 2002.
Complete custom high end renovation of a 1990s style 3 level 5000 sq foot home on a 50 by 150 lot with a 4 car garage. Completed 2011. Property is zoned for a future townhouse development under the new Cambie Corridor Community Plan.
